This is a company that is great. My daughter's HVAC had been serviced by them and my furnace was long over due for a PM. All contact was by email, svc was scheduled as I requested and rescheduled at my request due to a battle. Rep showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable. Service was performed, my queries were answered and the Rep was out of here in about 45 min. Furnace is good to go for one more season. Since he abandoned fan seems to be running quieter. Recommend this company because of its professionalism.
We have found them accountable and have been a Robertson customer for 20 decades. This past year that changed. So that we called them we have a crack at a wall hung toilet. They sent some one out precisely the same day to quantify and measure. This was 3 months ago. Ever since that time, despite three follow up calls, we've heard NOTHING, not even"we can not find a replacement". Very unsatisfactory.
They agreed to do a job on a property that Needed to have water Closed off cancelled 3 days later saying they had a job that went to take
I have been a Robertson client since the'70s. In July, I had water issues and sought aid. Experienced tech arrived OK, but didn't diagnose issue. Furnace folks did. Anyway, I guided they put in a mixing valve for security. $100 part. Bill was $505.60 for his materials and time. Just back from Seattle and there, this is a tear. Yes, I got $100 discount after complaint.

These men did a fantastic job! We had a plumbing crisis, both bathrooms in our house were clogged. Called them on a Saturday at 8:30 , they were here by 9:30. They were fair and fixed everything fast and did not charge a million dollars. This firm is strongly recommended by me. It is hard to find a plumber!
RE Robertson was quick to satisfy our needs. RE Roberston plumbers were dispatched away, their employees were agreeable from call. RE Robertson will probably get the call in future once we have plumbing requirements!
New Payne Heat and AC system set up. For what I bought, also they had the best price in the city and I'd at least 5 quotations. Could have been a fan (4 stars) if they had arrived on time. Will upgrade in 6-12 months on this item.
I would be a fan if they had arrived on time. Apparently an emergency had come up. Nevertheless, they got here at 1030 and were and I had to call them to find out what was up. Not a fantastic start. But the 2 men that arrived went directly to work for an hour (then took a 30 minute lunch break that I thought was odd, but people gotta eat I suppose ). On their return they ended and cleaned up after themselves (although come on put the toilet seat down:)
This company includes a new loyal customer. Last 5, our drain clogged and we could not use our kitchen sink, dishwasher or washing machine. Belair Engineering could not help usso after 6 days waiting for them and being told that we should use Angie's list, we contacted Robertson's. They were friendly and had a certified plumber within 2 hours in our house. My wife called 5 plumbers before Robertson's and none answered the phone or called back. In the long run, our plumbing are clear and we have a -------- Robertson's. Just because the economy is performing well and low petrol costs increase service company's profit margin does not mean that these companies can mistreat loyal people that have stuck with them.
