Wizard Plumbing and Drain

You need someone reliable and fast, when you have an emergency plumbing situation. High marks for Wizard, who fixed the problems, but stood with a warranty with their work. I would use them again.
These guys were great. We had a major drain blockage, and matters were rather dire (think about the worst possible situation with sewage backup and you have it). After phoning Wizard, they sent out two technicians instantly, and they could diagnose the issue (although it was fairly clear what was happening ), and fix it before tragedy occurred.

After our water heater went out on a Saturday, Wizard got us scheduled to get a tech to come out over 2 hours.
Moe diagnosed came punctually, and fixed our water heater immediately --then he waived the fee .
Will absolutely be calling Wizard for our next job and looking forward to becoming a (paying) client when something really goes wrong.

UPDATE: Within two days, the office manager called me and left it right. Turns out the plumber did not understand their policies and was new. Thanks for the Superb customer support. I'd use them again.

BUT he told me he would have to disassemble the garbage disposal entirely to repair the jam, and that the fee would be $375. I agreed (I shouldn't have). 15 minutes later, it was fixed. $375 for 25 min, and 15 min of job total time on website? That EXPENSIVE. When he gave me the estimate, he conveniently didn't mention,"hey, this is perhaps a 15 minute fix"

Bryan and his staff at Wizard arrived early on a Sunday to determine why I had no water. They had been professional and diligent trying to find the issue that ended being a pipe under my own garage cement flooring. He kept me informed on the progress and the completion of this project and was very receptive. I also recently hired the sewer line to be replaced by him at the house of my mother and they could complete the task in record time to her family. I highly recommend Wizard and Bryan for almost any of your plumbing needs.

Disappointed that they did not attempt to resolve my shower problem with a much better alternative. I pretty much needed my shower cartridge replaced but they lent me $1600 for changing the whole valves. No water would come out although my shower knob would flip. They took a look and noticed I purchased a brand new valves system and assumed that was. I called James Caccia and they saved me so much more money and time. =(

And Wizard Plumbing excels. After discovering a hole Gregg was onsite. While I have to pick out some new fixtures before he can complete the repairs, he also said he can replace my thermostat I complained about. This is how they roll - they are easy to use, quick, and useful as hell. I am certainly a fan.

Will definitely call once product is received them to do setup.

There's no particular reason why I opted to telephone Wizard Plumbing and Drain, except that they were. By the moment I made my initial call was completed to my satisfaction that was entire, I felt confident in my choice to have chosen them! Gregg was favorable, but very knowledgeable and professional! Their costs were honest, and inside Market Value, but well worth it! I would recommend giving Wizard Plumbing and Drain a chance for your plumbing needs, and I would suggest requesting for Gregg to be the plumber!

WOW ignored was not expecting this from a bigger firm. In 10Mins Samer and Mike S mended a clogged sink. Ask for Mike, get to find out what decades of experience resembles.

Steven came out to help clear a toilet drain, repipe debatable drain lines, and fix a leak from my hot water tank. He arrived within one hour of my phone call when I called to Wizard, which is supplied. I received a text message before his arrival. He supplied support - he repaired everything and left the place cleaner than it was before he arrived. I can see why Wizard gets great reviews and I agree with how others feel. I will use Wizard again if necessary.

The quality of the response and work time were great but the price was exorbitant. I had before selling my parents home, a water heater strapped and elevated. This required some re-piping however, the price of $1400.00 to do this work was far too high after talking to some other plumbers.

Two projects were proposed: one was completed the snaking from front cleanout to the main sewer, and one was diagnosed. The tub drain was clogged, but there wasn't any need to replace the snare in the line to clear the clog. As the kitchen drain system is connected to the bathtub drain, then the next plumber eliminated the clog from snaking beyond the kitchen snare down the drain pipe at a cost of $378. I suggested this but he ignored it. He did not take the time to properly diagnose where the clog the way to access to clean was. No questions were asked by him but just assumed he knew exactly what to do.
Wizard pipes came on a Saturday night and because of a backed snaked from the cleanout to the main sewer for $349. The tub drain was clogged since the snare was in the way, and it couldn't be snaked by the plumber. To get less than 1 hour job and a trap, he came back the next day and guaranteed a good price. He said it would be 835, which was crazy and came the next day. I dropped the service and paid him before.

I left their work place tidy, and have used Wizard several occasions over several years and support individuals have arrived within the time period specified, were professional and considerate. Gregg has been helpful with maintenance guidance.

This the fourth or third review I have done for magician through the years. They're amazing! Responsive through and professional. We'd plumbing problems since Thursday, known as overdue, scheduled appointment for Saturday. They let me understand their eta, have been in on time. Everything explained and complete. Couldn't happen to be more professional than Issac and Manny! Thank you.

Absolutely dependable. I had a plumbing crisis and that was an axtra burden. Wizard plumbing design made everything they came straight off, they advised me the way to handle the prices and them. Very professional individuals. No doubt that their service is not affordable. That being said, I have that is priceless and my peace of mind with this particular organization. I want to thank Miguel and his colleague and going above and beyond.

5 years these men are my GO. Thanks for the information today Miguel. It's time to find a toilet.

Our support individual, Gregg D, was not only customer-service-centric, but has been incredibly knowledgeable about old plumbing systems (that we have), and went out of his way to ensure that the parts he got would not only solve our aged-fixture problem but did it in a reasonable cost. Response time was great, and we had our shower up and working very quickly. We will request Gregg, and will use Wizard Plumbing & Drain again.

The most professional, effective, and courteous plumbing firm we have worked with (and unfortunately, we have worked with too many and found this company just recently)! We called to get a plumbing problem and they were able to stop by to get an estimate precisely the day! They were able to fix it in precisely the same moment, Considering that the job was small. Francisco explained us everything before the work and arrived. He was professional, friendly, and honest!

The service he provided was fast, courteous and professional. I was impressed by the care he needed to prevent scratching our flooring as he maneuvered his equipment through our residence or bumping into our furnishings. Franco not only fixed the problem, he managed to show me the origin of the blockage (tree roots) by running a TV camera during our pipes into the road. I highly recommend Wizard Plumbing and Drain and notably Franco and I wouldn't be afraid to call them.
Franco was at my house within 30 minutes of my call, although it was late at night. He got up, got dressed, although he had really been going to head to bed, and came right over.
