I had been reading the reviews and notice that most of them had been composing a long time ago... I think the supervisor took his lesson and did some advancement because non of them explains my one encounter, which was astounding ((:
The guy told me what would be the price until he started to work and allow me to pick the lock that will be fine for my price and wishes.
The price was really good compare to the job and the time and its ended up really quick the guy took to help me.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
I called them and watched their decal, after I have locked out in my house. They informed me the time it takes them to arrive- and did not late.

My credit card has already refunded the money. From what I am seeing here, this pitiful excuse of a locksmith organization is currently preying on clients trying to slam charges that the people will not retaliate. Well... here are the rules: 1) read the testimonials and do not trust whatever stories that the business might compensate for you, 2) stand up for your rights - you can get with those bastards, and 3) utilize your charge card so that you have a means of getting your cash.
I should have read the reviews! These scam artists set their decals in the building faking to be the favored locksmith, so I phoned them to fix a lock whichn't latched on all locks. Two techs arrived and told me I had a lock which they billed $266 and installed in 15 minutes. I tried to shut the doorway, after they left - the latch still n't worked! Irate, I spoke to the proprietor who said he'd send them back and called the number again. Exactly the same techs arrived and informed my husband that there's nothing they can do, we left, also will need to call a different locksmith or the building super. I called the superb and he was very upset because 1) these people are NOT the preferred seller and slid into the building to set their stickers which they should not have completed, and 2) all the techs did was place in a brand new lock barrel which of course couldn't correct the problem - which our superb and his assistant mended for (surprise!) $150 - they shifted the WHOLE lock mechanism, not just the barrel, also registered the opening in the door frame to ensure that the knob could reach into it.
After that I asked for a refund telling him that I would give him back the barrel and called the owner of Pink Locksmith again his techs installed as I had no use for it. He was very cocky initially stating that he will not repay anything, then place one of the techs (Emanuel) online and together they tried to lie their way out of this saying that the tech did not fix it since I told him to not alter the mechanics (he never told me about the mechanics ), that it would have cost 3 times what they billed me ($750 to changing the lock???) , all types of garbage. I explained to the owner that I would get the money refunded either way - by disputing the charge with my credit card, if he's not willing to do the ideal thing. After that I was told by the owner he'd think it over and call me back - which of course he never did.
What a shame!!!

Kept hiking up the price for no apparent reason and with no advance notice until it reached $440 (following an initial estimate of ~$150 to get a night lockout). Youthful female in home alone feel by hitting on her while unsafe and uncomfortable. Threatening, sketchy, disingenuous. In the long run, the lock was shaky. We were advised by a profession, trustworthy locksmith that the work was poor and might have been fairly easily broken/taken out.
This company had left a decal on the door, which makes us believe they were our management company's decision (they are not), which explains why we called. Be careful!

THIEVES! I would if I could give negative stars. Ariel Katz should be in prison.

I am honestly shocked at the reviews below. It appears their act cleaned up as my experience was eloquent. I got locked out of my flat and also a number I had seem on a decal for a locksmith. The man told me it'd be around $149 to start the doorway. A locksmith came within 15 minutes to allow me and kept into the price I was quoted over the phone. I was not sure landlord or my management could insure getting a brand new lock and didn't want to take the risk so that I simply had the doorway opens.

They totally deceived me and ripped me off for $400.00. The locksmith directed me to believe that they were the preferred locksmith of my construction and that I would 100% be re-reimbursed for their service (as most of clients in the construction are). They had when I contacted the landlord. I called the locksmith and they explained that they had done nothing wrong and would not reimburse me. My favorite comment was"that the locksmith was just giving you his view." They've yet to respond to calls. I was totally taken advantage of by these criminals!!!!!!!

The service person charged me almost twice what other sellers charge -- halfway through doing the job and jacked up their quote. He was very aggressive and demanded that I paid him (now in money ) that amount of he'd leave with off the lock and work half-done. Afterward he did it wrong, the man does not work, and I call the firm 10 minutes after the man leaves to inform them and ask them to do it correctly and the men says"there is no guarantee - get someone else to finish the task" and wrapped up!!! Absolute crooks!

Thieves.. .nothing else to say! Do yourself a favor and use anyone else . They ought to be reported to the authorities. They take advantage of people in challenging situations and charge outrageous rates and appear. Shame on them

Ripoff!!! They quote you first price over the phone then appear to tell you it is almost double to get a"service charge". They naturally refuse to have a card and ask for everything in cash. B/c everyone carries hundreds of dollars in cash around with them at all times!

Corrupt slanderous business. They pretended to be part of our property management agency, claimed the bill could be dealt with by our landlord billed $750 to allow us in. They mentioned we'd have to pay after they let us. Corrupt company who we are reporting to the BB.

I would if I could give this business a zero score! Don't use this business! These folks are scumbags! They provide BS they can not pick a lock. Yeah right! Before the job began, I was quoted a price from the hallway and they tried sneak an additional $100 in addition to that after the job was finished! NO WAY! Fought them and got my $100 back. These people take advantage of people in positions that are poor. They saw a girl totally played that and locked out with a baby. SHAMEFUL! They ought to be shut down!

These lock smith are balls. I had been locked out of my flat and he kept shifting the price . It amounted to $174.00 to start this up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY RIP YOU OFF.
