Talked into Eddie. This guy has to be a magician! By asking a few questions he understood what was happening. User error! Yeah it takes to get warm water when I've got the handle but it helps.
Second attempt (tried another business first) to get warm water out of kitchen sink.

Let's be honest, who expects plumbing problems? I work in a close by company in midtown and after reviewing the yelp testimonials, I decided to get hold of them. After the very first time, left a message and within 10 mins I was contacted back. The gentlemen left the process super easy and he was right forward with pricing and the procedures. These men are worth it! We used them two 3 times. The first time was to the tub. The second time was cuz the bathroom tank kept making noise and proceeded to drain water. They changed some parts . There was a 2 year warranty so I telephoned them. So they came over the time and replaced the components and also the problems were resolved. Obviously is my wife is happy and so am I.

Yelp has done it !!! Long gone are the days of flipping and god knows exactly what you'd wind up with. I do examine the star rating, I read through the comments - . I received a response and filed a quote request at 3:47 am. A gentleman asked me a few questions to judge my problem and said he'd call me back, when I called, as requested. He called me back within half an hour and was able to fit me in on the day. Regrettably, it didn't seem like the fix could be made through the usual means (snaking). Prior to proceeding to the next level of support, the company owner dedicated to finding a solution , thoroughly explained the situation and called me personally. Went on the rooftop as well as checked my crawl space out. As it needs to, the kitchen sink is draining. Do not waste your time trying to save pennies - go with quality service which will find the job done right the first time.

I have to state Coastal Plumbing did an excellent job repairing the leaks in the faucet at the kitchen and two of my bathroom. The Technician Judson was specialist clarified to me step by step how the repairs were going to be done. In addition, he worked very tidy, once completed everything was tidy and neat. Mostly important they mended my"Air Hammer" in my residence. Eddie managed to fix it easy with a few adjustments while everyone want to tear walls down. They are highly recommended by me for honest pricing and expert work.

Eddie is THE plumber in the area. Not simply due to his expertise and technical understanding (this man knows what he is doing and may fix any plumbing issues!) But because he is probably the plumber at Miami.
I had a crisis in my house and instead of trying to make the most and overcharge me like every plumber did me walked through, step-by-step, precisely what I want to do in order to troubleshoot and then repair the problem. I was able to correct the matter with his guidance and probably ended up spending 30 minutes on the telephone with him. And he did not charge me a dime for this!!! I wound up insisting on paying him something though but he had been reluctant to take my money. Every other plumber I talked to was trying to up bill me up to $350 to come out and look at the prob. Next time I've got a problem I am calling Eddie first.

After an evening of DIY toilet fixing, and with water leaking, a floor, all that I needed repaired broken. I panicked because I knew I wanted help. They're first class, helped me fix my toilet offered to come by if I couldn't do it myself. He had been super helpful if it was not for him and I would be ankle deep in toilet water. My husband called Coastal Plumbing at 8:30 at night because our bathtub faucet would not cut off. We live out of his area out of helping my husband figure out what was wrong over the 25, but Eddie did not stop. The guy asked us to text him a photo of our garbage disposal so he can make certain to have the parts handy when he visits, when we called Coastal. He arrived on time the identical day, and also got the machine working again!

We were skeptical that a plumbing firm could as good as these reviews said. I will honestly say that these guys are the real thing. Eddie was informative and very quick in answering our call even at 10 pm. You can tell he is enthusiastic about helping his clients and takes his work seriously. I'm very happy to say our disposal is running great with no clogging at all. If you want the work done right and are tired of wasting money on finding a plumber, give a phone to them.

Finally a plumber at Miami that returns telephone calls, shows up on time and does a professional job! Highly recommend them!

My water bill was seen by me and freaked out. I saw Coastal was far off and had good reviews and got on yelp. I called and was amazed that I got someone else's cell number. A guy named Eddie answered - . I explained my situation and then the unthinkable occurred. He explained he would walk me through a diagnostic that would help me determine if he really needed to come out - it'd save me $250. What type of plumber does that? One with integrity. Anyway, he walked me through the process. I was able to identify the problem in about 40 minutes. Now coastal Plumbing might have dropped $250 but they gained a loyal lifetime customer. Thank you, Eddie and Coastal. I am hoping I do not need to use your services, but I am rather glad to have you in case I do.

Omg! My bathroom was running for nearly a year! The sound was driving me mad and it was slightly embarrassing.We had a plumber come earlier and told us we needed a whole new bathroom but never came back to finish the job. Eddie came and he had been on time and efficient! The bathroom was fixed by him without having to replace the whole thing. He had been in and out in 30 minutes! Super professional as well.
